Plaud.ai is looking to build its "Plaud for Teams" product experience from the ground up, focusing on shaping the experience and systems of AI-native products and agentic AI platforms with an emphasis on privacy-minded collaboration.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional iOS development experience, with proven ability to independently own and deliver features or modules.
- Proficiency in Swift (Objective-C a plus), deep familiarity with iOS SDKs, system frameworks, and common design patterns.
- Solid understanding of multithreading, networking, and memory management, with hands-on experience in performance tuning and debugging.
- Experience with unit testing, release management, and launching complex iOS applications at scale.
- Familiarity with audio/video technologies (e.g., WebRTC, FFmpeg, CoreAudio).
- Experience building productivity tools, collaboration software, or applications integrated with AI/LLM technologies.
- Exposure to web-based frontend skills(e.g. Vue/React, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Canvas API/WebGL/GLSL).
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the technical strategy and execution of our "Plaud for Teams" product roadmap -- driving development of the iOS app experience -- while keeping customer needs and company priorities in sync.
- Lead our "for Team" mobile experience through its entire lifecycle, from early-stage prototyping to launch, with clear milestones guided by Product Led Growth (PLG) principles.
- Design and build delightful, scalable, collaborative user experiences -- without compromising on privacy, security, or trust.
- Explore and apply the latest advancements in AI and LLMs to strengthen the intelligence and adaptability of our platform.
- Translate complex technical vision into clear direction for stakeholders at every level, including executives, teammates, and non-technical partners.
- Help shape the team by recruiting exceptional talent, mentoring engineers, and championing a hands-on culture of innovation, ownership, and execution.
- Collaborate fluidly across time zones and functions -- bridging the U.S. and global teams to move quickly and stay aligned.
