MLabs is an AI-powered platform revolutionizing how companies plan corporate events by automating logistics like venue sourcing and vendor negotiations, aiming to make it seamless for enterprise users to create meaningful in-person connections.

Requirements

  • You have a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, from initial wireframes to polished, shipped interfaces.
  • You are a master of modern design tools and have experience building or contributing to robust design systems.
  • You don't just make things look pretty; you balance user needs with business goals and understand enterprise scalability.
  • You care deeply about polish and delight, ensuring every interaction feels intentional.
  • Experience designing for B2B SaaS or complex enterprise products.
  • A background in branding, brand identity, or marketing design.
  • Experience working directly with engineers and understanding technical constraints (e.g., Tailwind, Material Design).

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve our entire design system, setting the standard for every designer who joins after you.
  • Build and maintain our visual language, tone, and voice across the product and marketing assets.
  • Create intuitive, high-fidelity interfaces in Figma that engineering can implement with speed and precision.
  • Design high-impact marketing materials and visual assets that help our sales team close major enterprise deals.
  • Conduct research and usability testing to validate your designs against real customer needs.
  • Work closely with founders and engineers to shape the product roadmap and avoid technical/design debt by building the right foundations early.

Other

  • This is a "zero-to-one" opportunity to build our design system, brand identity, and product foundation from the ground up.
  • You’ll sit at the intersection of product and engineering, ensuring that as we scale, our software remains polished, trustworthy, and delightful for enterprise users.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, "scrappy" environments and want to own the design function from day one.
  • Previous startup "zero-to-one" experience.
  • Join a sister-founded team in San Francisco that moves fast and plays hard.
