Requirements
- You have a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, from initial wireframes to polished, shipped interfaces.
- You are a master of modern design tools and have experience building or contributing to robust design systems.
- You don't just make things look pretty; you balance user needs with business goals and understand enterprise scalability.
- You care deeply about polish and delight, ensuring every interaction feels intentional.
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS or complex enterprise products.
- A background in branding, brand identity, or marketing design.
- Experience working directly with engineers and understanding technical constraints (e.g., Tailwind, Material Design).
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve our entire design system, setting the standard for every designer who joins after you.
- Build and maintain our visual language, tone, and voice across the product and marketing assets.
- Create intuitive, high-fidelity interfaces in Figma that engineering can implement with speed and precision.
- Design high-impact marketing materials and visual assets that help our sales team close major enterprise deals.
- Conduct research and usability testing to validate your designs against real customer needs.
- Work closely with founders and engineers to shape the product roadmap and avoid technical/design debt by building the right foundations early.
