An early-stage startup building a scalable, AI-powered platform to revolutionize procurement needs a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the founding engineering team, working closely with AI/ML experts to deliver innovative features and shape the technical roadmap.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern front-end architectures.
- Strong back-end expertise with Node.js/NestJS, RESTful APIs, and async flows.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases.
- Proven ability to manage and scale AWS infrastructure.
- Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into production systems.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation).
- 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale core platform features across front-end (React/TypeScript) and back-end (NestJS/Node.js).
- Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure including containers, databases, networking, and monitoring.
- Integrate AI/LLM-powered services, APIs, and data pipelines into production-ready applications.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to connect models with scalable workflows.
- Lead technical discussions, contribute to system architecture, and drive best practices.
- Ensure high-quality code through reviews, testing, and engineering standards.
- Influence product roadmap, making scalability and build-vs-buy trade-offs.
