Develop and integrate FPGA interfaces for Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) application on a FPGA for testing Next Generation Air Transportation Systems at RTX
Requirements
- Matlab experience
- RTL coding (VHDL or Verilog) experience
- Signal processing and Electrical Engineering Lab courses
- Completion of analog and digital circuit and FPGA digital design courses
Responsibilities
- Design FPGA firmware to meet requirements per established guidelines under supervision of an experienced engineer
- Analyze and simulate design to ensure project requirements are met
- Perform code entry, synthesis, simulation and on-target testing
- Write test scripts to verify FPGA
- Write FPGA design documents and test plans
- Debug product and features using standard tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, emulators, etc.

- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
- Ability to work onsite
- Must be eligible for relocation
