Requirements
- Proficient in interpreting and analyzing plans, shop drawings, and schematics.
- Hands-on experience with power tools and machinery is a must.

Responsibilities
- Cut, assemble, and fabricate wood-framed walls with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assemble floor and roof trusses based on detailed drawings and specifications.
- Proficiently read and use a tape measure with accuracy up to 1/16”.
- Efficiently use nail and staple guns, power tools, squares, and other machinery to create high-quality wood-framed walls and trusses.
- Inspect and measure completed wall panels and trusses to meet rigorous quality standards.
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and procedures during fabrication processes.
