The business problem that Citigroup is looking to solve is to minimize the impact of fraud in its Commercial Cards business by developing and implementing effective fraud management policies, processes, and procedures.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience with Tableau Desktop (Designing Dashboards), Tableau Server, Tableau Prep
- KNIME or SAS Experience is Preferred
- Must be able to write basic python code
- Experience in Creating, configuring, and deploying Tableau Servers
- Experience in Creating visualization and publishing
- Experience on Tableau Authorization concepts
- Strong DW-BI Skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with the operation team(s) and other departments within fraud prevention and loss control
- Contribute to the development of new techniques and processes for the area or function
- Serve as an expert in fraud prevention and loss control, overseeing a segment of the workforce
- Evaluate moderately complex and varied issues with substantial potential impact
- Experience with creation of users, groups, projects, workbooks and the appropriate permission sets to build data workbooks
- Experience in Tableau Desktop/Server architecture
- End to End Create Tableau Dashboards

- Strong ability to work in fast – paced environment, prioritize requests and mange expectations of important Stakeholders
