Capgemini Invent is looking to drive transformation tailored to client's challenges of today and tomorrow, and is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help deliver cutting-edge solutions

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of professional product management experience
  • Highly developed strategic, concepting, and data analysis skills, demonstrated in your portfolio of recent work
  • Experience in technical requirements writing (e.g. user stories, epics, MVP scope)
  • Confident presentation and storytelling abilities
  • Experience collaborating in multifunctional teams as the product management lead
  • Proficiency with contemporary prototyping and research tools and methods
  • Preferred: A university degree in engineering, business management, or a related science or data discipline

Responsibilities

  • Shape Product Strategy & Vision: Partner with clients to define compelling product visions and roadmaps that align business objectives with customer needs, leveraging market insights and data-driven decision-making
  • Drive Product Lifecycle Execution: Help lead all facets of the product lifecycle, including ideation, definition, and delivery, ensuring a balance between innovation, feasibility, and business impact
  • Champion Product Frameworks & Methodologies: Apply and adapt industry best practices in product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization frameworks, and Agile methodologies to accelerate progress and optimize outcomes
  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to create aligned, customer-centric solutions, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
  • Navigate Ambiguity & Complexity: Guide clients through uncertainty by framing problems, developing hypotheses, and rapidly iterating on solutions using both qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Advocate for the Customer: Leverage user research, market data, and experimentation to drive product decisions that maximize customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention
  • Coach & Uplevel Product Thinking: Mentor client and internal teams on product management best practices, fostering a culture of experimentation
