Futrend Technology is seeking a Front End Developer to develop and maintain responsive, user-centric web interfaces that seamlessly integrate with back-end services for their government agency and enterprise clients.
Requirements
- Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 is essential, along with a strong understanding of responsive web design principles.
- Experience working with modern frameworks such as React and Angular is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Python/Django, PL/SQL, and relational database management systems like Postgres is also important.
- Candidates should have experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and be familiar with accessibility standards such as Section 508 and WCAG.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices, tools like Jira and Git
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces for applications built on Python/Django/Oracle/Postgres back-end services.
- Work with frameworks such as React and Angular to build reusable components and implement modern front-end features.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow across systems.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (Section 508 compliance), and optimize application performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing applications to maintain high levels of functionality and user experience.
- Test applications for browser compatibility and responsiveness across various devices and platforms.
- Participate in the maintenance of existing applications and assist in the development of new projects using Python/Django/Postgres.

- A minimum of three years of front-end development experience within enterprise or government projects is required.
