Improve the digital production, business processes, and information flow for USSTRATCOM J2, including automating the collection, organization, dissemination, visualization, and archival of intelligence products, and enhancing business processes within the organization to support day-to-day operations, crises, and exercises.
Requirements
- minimum of ten (10) years’ of experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Data Analysis and Front-End Development
- minimum of ten (10) years’ demonstrated experience supporting office and business process automation using a variety of business productivity tools such as O365 or similar to collate data and streamline processes
- minimum three (3) years’ experience creating, reviewing and re-organizing websites to increase the organization’s information sharing, dissemination, collaboration and decision-making capabilities
- minimum three (3) years’ experience using SharePoint 2019 / O365 development experience, knowledge of SharePoint 2019 / O365 and Software Development Lifecycle or Systems Engineering Lifecycle
- minimum three (3) years’ experience reviewing existing code and configuration to determine how to best troubleshoot and make enhancements
- minimum three (3) years’ experience using SharePoint 2019 / O365 out-of-the box capabilities to improve and enhance website functionality as well as using SharePoint 2019 / O365 to develop workflows and web parts
- minimum of five (5) years’ cumulative experience creating custom code using a combination of 3 or more of the following: HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, JSON/JSONP, REST calls and/or jQuery to enhance and create web pages, web sites and web parts in order to streamline processes, visualize data, and share information
Responsibilities

- All contractors shall possess and demonstrate at least three (3) years’ experience conducting customer surveys to gather feedback and requirements in order to improve processes and applications to increase information sharing and collaboration among geographically separated organizations.
- All contractors shall possess at least three (3) years’ experience performing administrative duties in a joint environment.
- All contractors shall possess and demonstrate at least three (3) years’ experience providing training and educating customer base on existing, newly established, and implemented applications, to include documentation such as training materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and flowcharts.
