Reliance Matrix is seeking a Front End Lead to guide the development and architecture of user interfaces for their enterprise platform, ensuring secure, accessible, and high-performing UI solutions that meet the strategic goals of the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development, specifically with Angular and TypeScript
- Deep understanding of modern TypeScript, reactive programming, and state management frameworks such as Redux or NgRx
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API integration and backend systems, particularly in Java environments like Spring Boot or JBoss
- Experience with hybrid mobile frameworks such as Ionic
- Knowledge of enterprise authentication systems like Okta or JWT
- Understanding of cloud deployment models and observability tools
- Experience with DevOps practices
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable UI components using Angular, Typescript, and Redux
- Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices for UI development
- Create accessible, secure, and performant interfaces compliant with WCAG and OWASP standards
- Optimize frontend performance across various browsers and devices
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver comprehensive features
- Translate business requirements into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
- Implement frontend observability using tools like Sentry, ELK Stack, and OpenTelemetry
