Bounteous is looking for a front-end React junior developer to translate creative designs into performant web experiences, collaborating with back-end developers to build components and deliver web experiences to millions of users.
Requirements
- Experience writing code in a modern React web application
- Experience developing to inclusive design best practices, up to and beyond meeting Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards
- Understanding of web standards and cross-browser compatibility and behaviors
- Demonstrated experience with well-organized & structured markup (HTML, CSS, LESS)
- Demonstrated experience with JavaScript, including React.
- Experience with newer CSS concepts such as feature queries, grid layout, scss, etc.
- Experience with building, maintaining and optimizing responsive web apps; proficient at writing reusable UI code.

- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
