Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building front-end applications using React.
- Proficiency with design tools and handoff workflows (especially Figma).
- Experience coding in Cursor or interest in cutting-edge dev tools.
- Familiarity working with REST or GraphQL APIs and state management libraries.
- Experience working with data-rich or document-heavy interfaces (e.g., insurance policies, quote tables).
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or experience working on LLM-integrated UIs.
- Deep expertise in one or more of: Postgres, React, Python.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design and backend teams to bring seamless UI/UX to life using React and designs in Figma.
- Build and maintain reusable UI components and design systems that can scale across customers and use cases.
- Help implement front-end features that interact with AI services like document review, entity extraction, and quote comparison.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on designs and features based on customer feedback.
- Support collaboration across sales, success, and product teams by delivering user-facing features that drive business outcomes.
- Focus on delivering intuitive, fast, and scalable front-end experiences using React and Figma —and contribute to a design system used across the platform.
- Code in Cursor, design with Bolt, and collaborate with tools like Claude, Gemini, and OpenAI.
