Automation Anywhere is seeking a Staff Front-End Engineer to design and develop high-quality, scalable, and performant user interfaces for their Agentic AI platform, enabling customers to leverage the full capabilities of their APA platform.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in front-end/UI development with a proven portfolio of work
- Deep expertise in Web UI technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Strong proficiency in React and related frameworks
- Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end request/response cycle (HTTP, server-side, browser internals)
- Experience with CSS/SCSS and modern build tools such as Webpack
- Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress
- Ability to develop cross-browser compatible applications for browsers such as Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality UI components and features using React and modern front-end frameworks
- Translate product requirements into technical solutions that deliver seamless user experiences
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices in UI development
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to standards
- Optimize UI components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers
- Ensure UI accessibility standards are met, including WCAG compliance
- Collaborate with Product Management, UX designers, Backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver innovative features
