Requirements
- Proficiency in React (or similar frameworks) and TypeScript
- Experience with mobile development using React Native
- Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux or MobX
- Experience working within Microsoft Azure environments, leveraging Azure services for hosting and integration
- Deep knowledge of web fundamentals such as semantic HTML, accessibility standards, and performance optimization
- Experience with component libraries like Material UI, Shadcn/ui, or Radix UI
- Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle, including version control, testing, debugging, and deployment
Responsibilities
- Design and develop intuitive, efficient user interfaces from wireframes to production across browser and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with backend and full-stack engineers to connect APIs and integrate front-end components
- Own and evolve the design system and reusable component library to ensure consistency and scalability
- Implement responsive layouts and ensure accessibility standards are met
- Build workflows that support human approvals and real-time activity updates
- Participate in UI testing, quality assurance, and deployment processes across multiple platforms
- Optimize application performance and accessibility across various devices and network conditions
Other
- Minimum of 7+ years of frontend development experience with a focus on scalable, responsive web applications
- Strong skills in product and UI/UX collaboration, including experience with Figma or similar tools
- Experience designing user experiences for workflow-based or enterprise tools
- Prior experience working on SaaS or internal operational tools
- Willingness to travel domestically approximately 80% to meet client needs
