Rechat is looking to develop and maintain client-side web applications that are functional, visually appealing, and user-friendly to streamline the real estate buying and selling process, enhance agent productivity, ensure brand consistency, and elevate operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proficiency in JavaScript, with at least 4+ years of experience
- Strong experience with React.js (3+ years) and TypeScript (1+ year)
- Hands-on experience with testing and bundling JavaScript code
- Extensive knowledge of CSS frameworks and preprocessors such as Sass and SCSS
- Experience integrating APIs and working with microservices architecture
- Proficiency with Material UI for component design
- Good understanding of web performance optimization techniques
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high-quality, scalable, and responsive web features used by leading real estate agents
- Utilize the latest technologies to create innovative marketing solutions and enhance user engagement
- Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability and ensure seamless integration
- Translate company and customer requirements into functional, appealing interactive applications
- Design mobile-responsive features to optimize user experience across devices
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to maintain code quality
Other
- Five to seven years of professional experience in front-end development
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and assist back-end developers as needed
- Up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends
