Tildei is seeking a Software Engineer to help build new features, fix bugs, and shape the future of their AI-powered marketing platform, which creates intelligent brand agents for customer engagement.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Typescript, with experience in Svelte (front-end) and Node.js (back-end) preferred
- Experience deploying applications in cloud environments such as AWS
- Ability to translate concept designs and wireframes into functional UI components
- Strong understanding of industry coding standards, tools, and best practices
- Experience working in the martech space is a plus
- Desire to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project needs
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the development, deployment, and ongoing improvement of our software platform, focusing on both front-end and back-end web development
- Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and maintainability
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code adhering to current industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and architects to develop innovative features and solutions
- Build UI components based on design concepts and wireframes to create engaging user experiences
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation by developing production-grade products and platforms
- Identify potential pitfalls and weigh approaches to solve complex problems effectively

- 3+ years of professional experience in software development
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
