Apex Fintech Solutions is looking for a Front End Engineering Intern to join a development team working on high-volume, high-availability trade clearing suites. The company is transforming its products into a next-generation clearing platform by moving from on-premise infrastructure to the Cloud (GCP & AWS) and needs developers to build out cloud-native, event-driven Microservices.
Requirements
- Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, or similar.
- Working knowledge of React (+), typescript, CSS
- Rudimentary understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Familiarity with application of common design patterns
- Interested in backed or full stack software development
- Either previous knowledge in financial markets or a strong
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications.
- Collaborate with the software engineering team to build new features and functionalities.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Help in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving software defects and issues.
- Contribute to the documentation of software development processes and codebases.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices in software engineering.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field.
