The company is looking to transform marketing into a scalable, sales-focused growth engine by optimizing their marketing technology stack, website, integrations, and landing pages/funnels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in MarTech, automation, and integrations.
  • Proven experience creating landing pages and funnels using Webflow, Unbounce, Instapage, HubSpot, ClickFunnels, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end knowledge (APIs, SQL, Python/JavaScript).
  • Proficiency with automation/integration tools: Zapier, n8n, Make, or MuleSoft.
  • Strong working knowledge of analytics platforms: Google Analytics (GA4), Looker, Power BI.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools (personalization engines, predictive analytics, chatbots, etc.).
  • Apply front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (APIs, SQL, Python/JavaScript scripting) skills when customizations or integrations are needed.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the MarTech stack (website, analytics, integrations, automation platforms).
  • Build and optimize landing pages and sales funnels using low-code platforms such as Webflow, Unbounce, Instapage, HubSpot, or ClickFunnels.
  • Apply front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (APIs, SQL, Python/JavaScript scripting) skills when customizations or integrations are needed.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on landing pages and funnels to maximize lead capture and increase sales conversions.
  • Design and implement end-to-end automations across marketing channels using platforms such as Zapier, n8n, or Make.
  • Evaluate and adopt AI-powered tools for personalization, lead scoring, chatbots, and workflow optimization.
  • Configure and manage API integrations across platforms (CRM, analytics, website, ad platforms).

  • Manage vendors and contractors for website projects, advanced integrations, or scaling campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with IT/Development on system-level enhancements.
  • Experience managing vendors, agencies, and contractors.
