Developing and deploying a robust and intuitive user interface for the automated application screening and intelligent scoring system at SADA
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong understanding of modern JavaScript, Next.js, and React.
- Solid experience with React frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Create React App).
- Proficiency in designing and developing responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
- Good understanding of consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) is highly desirable.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with backend technologies is beneficial but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the design and implementation of core features for the automated application screening and intelligent scoring system, focusing on the user-facing application.
- Collaborating closely with the TA team, product managers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and a seamless user experience.
- Developing high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code using Next.js and React within an agile development environment.
- Implementing responsive and accessible user interfaces.
- Assisting with integrating the new system with existing platforms, including Greenhouse ATS.
- Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshooting and debugging issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the application.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
