Blueprint is seeking to solve complicated problems by leveraging cutting-edge technology to create additional revenue streams and new lines of business for organizations, and is looking for a Front-End Software Engineer to design, build, test, and optimize scalable web interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences.
Requirements
- Proficiency with React, React Hooks, TypeScript/JavaScript, and state management tools (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil).
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox/Grid, and responsive design.
- Hands-on experience integrating REST/GraphQL APIs and handling client-side data flow.
- Experience building scalable, maintainable front-end architectures.
- Familiarity with front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Vite, ESLint, etc.).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, accessibility best practices, and modern web UX patterns.
- 2–4+ years of professional experience building modern web applications, with a focus on web UX and React.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, accessible, and user-centric web interfaces using React, modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Collaborate with UX designers to implement wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI components.
- Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, well-structured, and reusable code.
- Integrate front-end features with back-end APIs and services (REST or GraphQL).
- Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues across multiple browsers and devices.
- Contribute to component libraries, design systems, and front-end development standards.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Human–Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
