DNSFilter is revolutionizing network security by providing fast, accurate, and reliable threat protection and content filtering. As DNSFilter continues its product-fueled growth by adding new features and broadening its solution to meet the needs of the global market, there is a need to modernize its application and convert it to a new design system.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining JavaScript code
- 2+ years of experience working with React, Redux, Golang, Ruby, .NET, or something similar
- Experience building microservices or RESTful API’s
- Experience building reusable components
- Experience with Material UI (https://mui.com/)
- Knowledge of transforming old designs from Tailwind CSS to Material UI (MUI)
- Experience using React Query to optimize searches and cache data
Responsibilities
- Be a member of our Engineering organization working on modernizing our Front-End software application (React, NextJS, MUI)
- Work closely with engineers, especially existing Front-End engineers, the UX team, and other stakeholders to build modularized solutions using our new design system, and with the ability to work with our backend engineers as well
- Deliver real business value to our customer base
- Expand your knowledge on all technologies within our ecosystem

- This is a full-time role open to candidates in the United States or Canada.
- Qualified candidates have worked successfully in a small-to-mid-sized, fast-paced, hyper-growth, SaaS start-up or scale-up, or are very familiar with the environment.
- The ability to keep work hours that mostly overlap with 9a-5p Eastern, M-F
- An energetic & entrepreneurial team player who is a strong and proactive communicator
- Self-starter who operates independently while being collaborative with the broader team
