Requirements
- 2 years of software development experience specific to a field/technology.
- 1 year of experience delivering technology solutions in all phases of the software systems and application development lifecycle.
- Basic Understanding of one or more of the following: Java, Swift, Objective-C, Cobol, JavaScript, Kotlin, C++, HTML, CSS, SQL, Go, and Python
- Knowledge and understanding of fixing applications and systems within production issues.
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies and tools.
- 2+ years of front end web development using Javascript, React, HTML and CSS.
- Exposure to web accessibility standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, code, and test technical solutions
- Write code to deliver features, and improvements, on a regular basis
- Investigates and resolve technical problems and production issues through solving techniques
- Continually improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
- Prepares and installs solutions by figuring out and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
- Follows the software development lifecycle.
- Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

- Bachelor’s Degree or 4 additional years of experience beyond the minimum requirement can be used in lieu of a degree OR Approved certification from CodeUp, Galvanize, VetFIT (Veterans for IT) or eFIT (Employees for IT).
- Ability to quickly understand applicable business insight to provide appropriate Engineering solutions
- Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
- 2+ years of experience working as part of an Agile scrum team.
