Requirements

• 10+ years of programming experience (C/C++/Python).
• 10+ years of UI/UX design and architecture experience.
• 5+ years with modern GUI frameworks (e.g., Qt, React, or similar).
• Proven ability to create full demos and prototypes from scratch.
• Knowledge of high-speed communications
• Familiarity with Ethernet switch software architectures (e.g., SONiC, SAI).

Responsibilities

• Architect and design next-generation UIs that set a new industry standard for usability and aesthetics.
• Create intuitive, elegant, and high-performance interfaces for electrical and optical communication systems.
• Drive the user experience vision for tools that support AI and Cloud Data Center ecosystems.
• Partner with global engineering teams to bring clarity to complexity—from signal integrity diagnostics to real-time system monitoring.
• Deliver impactful demos and prototypes that influence product direction and customer engagement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Graphic Design, or related fields with 15+ years of professional experience.
• Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience, or Ph.D. with 8+ years of experience.
• Exceptional ability to design human interfaces that convey complex technical information with clarity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
