FleetGlue is seeking a Software Engineer to lead the development of their unified platform for managing robotic fleets.
Requirements
- Deep proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Familiarity with real-time data integration and event-driven interfaces (e.g., WebSockets)
- Experience building interfaces for robotics, industrial automation, or other complex systems
- Familiarity with Figma or similar design collaboration tools
- Exposure to mapping libraries (e.g., Leaflet, Mapbox)
- Understanding of robot platforms, ROS, or warehouse/logistics workflows
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of FleetGlue’s unified platform for managing robotic fleets
- Translate complex systems and workflows into clear, user-friendly interfaces
- Collaborate closely with product designers and back-end engineers
- Develop production-grade applications
- Integrate real-time data and event-driven interfaces
- Optimize performance, modularity, and maintainability

- 3+ years of experience developing production-grade applications
- Full-time position based in Detroit, MI, with some flexibility for hybrid work
- Occasional travel may be required to visit manufacturing or logistics customer sites
