Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in front-end development, specifically working with ASP.NET MVC, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery.
- Extensive experience with Telerik UI components for ASP.NET MVC, including grids, charts, and forms.
- Proven track record of optimizing legacy ASP.NET applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Knowledge of VSTO and Office integration workflows to support Office add-ins and related functionalities.
- Strong UI/UX sensibilities with the ability to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect interfaces.
- Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
- Experience with responsive design frameworks and modern CSS methodologies such as Flexbox and CSS Grid.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with backend developers and business analysts to refine project requirements and deliver high-quality UI features aligned with business goals.
- Optimize the performance and responsiveness of existing ASP.NET MVC views and components, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions even with large data sets.
- Implement modern CSS best practices, including responsive layouts, Flexbox, Grid, and cross-browser compatibility techniques.
- Refactor and enhance jQuery and Telerik-based UI components to improve usability, maintainability, and accessibility.
- Integrate front-end components seamlessly with ASP.NET MVC controllers and Razor views, ensuring consistency and functionality.
- Ensure all UI elements adhere to accessibility standards and WCAG compliance to provide an inclusive user experience.
- Assist in the development and integration of Office components using VSTO where required, supporting Office add-ins and workflows.
