Mobilecomm Professionals Inc is seeking to lead the development of new and existing products built on React.js, requiring sophisticated user interface design, secure authentication integration, and the creation of reusable UI components for consistency and scalability. The goal is to enhance user experience and support clients' data-driven decision-making through intuitive dashboards and workflows that visualize telemetry, metrics, and analytics.
Requirements
- advanced understanding of React.js, React Hooks, and TypeScript.
- Proven expertise in implementing Azure-based authentication mechanisms, including Azure AD, MSAL, OAuth2.0, and Single Sign-On
- hands-on experience consuming complex APIs such as REST and GraphQL
- strong skills in state management tools like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.
- deep understanding of component-driven architecture, modular design, frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library), and security practices related to XSS, CORS, OAuth, and token storage is required.
- familiarity with integrating and visualizing data from SQL and NoSQL databases via APIs
- experience with observability platforms like Grafana or InfluxDB, is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead the frontend development efforts for new and existing products utilizing React.js, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable codebases.
- Integrate Azure Active Directory, MSAL.js, and OAuth2.0 into frontend authentication flows to enable secure user access and Single Sign-On capabilities.
- Design and build reusable component libraries and UI frameworks that promote consistency and facilitate rapid development across multiple projects.

- Collaborate closely with backend and API teams to ensure secure, efficient data integration and optimal performance.
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing to foster skill development and uphold best practices.
- Implement frontend testing strategies using frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, and React Testing Library to ensure robust and bug-free releases.
