They are seeking a Front-End Engineer with strong React experience to join their collaborative, high-energy environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building web applications with React and modern JavaScript.
- Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, with experience using CSS-in-JS libraries like styled-components.
- Experience working with TypeScript, Next.js, and front-end build systems like Webpack or Vite.
- Deep understanding of state management tools (e.g., Redux, MobX) and how to structure scalable client-side apps.
- Practical knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs and handling async data flows.
- Solid grasp of performance tuning and front-end optimization techniques.
Responsibilities
- Craft intuitive, responsive front-end interfaces using React, driving a smooth and engaging user experience.
- Partner closely with design, product, and backend teams to build well-integrated, user-centric features.
- Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser/device compatibility.
- Write modular, well-structured, and thoroughly tested code thats easy to maintain and extend.
- Provide mentorship and technical direction to junior engineers as we grow our front-end team.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and help shape how front-end development is done here.
- Stay on top of evolving front-end ecosystems, experimenting with new tools, frameworks, and design patterns.
