Requirements
- Proven experience building and maintaining large-scale, high-performance web applications
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React, with familiarity in modern frameworks like Next.js
- Experience with component libraries and design system implementation
- Strong knowledge of state management solutions and React patterns
- Proficiency with CSS frameworks and responsive design principles
- Understanding of frontend testing, modern build tools, and deployment pipelines
- Experience with REST API integration and complex client-side state management
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable frontend applications with reusable component libraries to ensure UI consistency and accelerate development
- Lead frontend optimization efforts, focusing on Core Web Vitals, performance enhancement, and perceived responsiveness
- Design and implement complex state management solutions for AI workflows, user sessions, and real-time data synchronization
- Maintain high standards for code quality, accessibility, testing, and maintainability through rigorous code reviews and best practices
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate complex legal workflows into intuitive UI components
- Develop and enhance user-facing features, ensuring seamless integration with backend APIs and AI functionalities
