Requirements
- Deep expertise in TypeScript and extensive experience with React and modern frontend architectures
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals, with a focus on performance optimization
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and managing complex application state
- Proficiency in Python and Django, with the ability to mentor others
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices
- Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and mentoring junior team members
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or B2B organizations is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex frontend features using TypeScript and React, ensuring scalable, reusable components
- Provide technical leadership in architectural decisions and establish best practices for frontend development
- Enhance platform performance, accessibility, and overall user experience
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Partner with backend teams to develop and optimize API integrations
- Drive technical discussions and contribute to the strategic roadmap of frontend development
- Identify and resolve technical debt and scalability issues proactively
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on frontend technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
