WorkOS is looking to hire a Frontend Engineer to help shape the user experience of their products by focusing on world-class design, accessibility, and interactivity, ultimately enhancing developer joy and meeting customer needs.
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in React, CSS, and TypeScript
- Understanding of accessible design patterns (a11y) and ability to implement and educate others
- Familiarity with backend fundamentals and database concepts
- 5+ years of industry software development experience with interactive web applications
- Proven track record of building, shipping, and supporting feature-rich dashboards or applications
- Experience working in small, fast-paced teams and shipping end-to-end web solutions
Responsibilities
- Build and document reusable component patterns to ensure consistent and excellent user experiences
- Own and enhance technical fundamentals in frontend architecture, including data loading, syncing, and service integrations
- Contribute to the UI roadmap to continually improve user and developer experience
- Provide expert insights on frontend technical decisions and best practices across the organization
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Radix projects and related initiatives
- Collaborate with product teams to develop intuitive interfaces for upcoming features and launches
- Help set the tone and elevate the quality of UI and design standards across all product surfaces
