- Lead the design, development, and delivery of performant, polished user experiences for the Link product.

- Develop and execute short-term and long-term roadmaps for frontend development initiatives.

- Utilize technologies such as TypeScript and React to build modular, reusable components.

- Strong product and design sensibilities with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience as a technical lead, capable of roadmapping and managing complex projects across multiple teams.
- Experience mentoring senior engineers and fostering technical growth within teams.
- Self-directed, autonomous, and able to deliver scaled impact across multiple initiatives.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $224,000 to $336,000, commensurate with experience.
