Cint is looking to transform how organizations gather and analyze consumer insights by developing scalable, high-quality user interfaces for their core research products, including their Measurement and Survey Platform and Design System.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Next.js 14+ (App Router), including data caching strategies and performance optimization techniques
- Strong understanding of various UI rendering architectures such as SSR, CSR, SSG, and ISR, with the ability to select appropriate methods based on project needs
- Expertise in TypeScript, with a focus on comprehensive typing and creating maintainable, reliable code
- Proficiency in CSS, Tailwind, and familiarity with design tools like Figma and internal design systems
- Experience in writing unit and integration tests, including API mocks
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, maintainable frontend components, continuously enhancing and extending our shared Design System
- Monitor application performance, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks to optimize user experience
- Participate in design discussions and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality standards
- Take ownership of medium and large feature development from conception through deployment
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code that adheres to project standards and best practices
- Continuously improve existing codebases through refactoring and performance tuning
- Advocate for best practices in frontend development and document technical standards
Other
- 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, specifically building web applications
- Experience in translating product documentation into well-defined feature epics and user stories
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and UX designers to deliver polished, user-centric experiences and support product launches
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment
