Heartflow is advancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease using cutting-edge technology, specifically developing innovative web applications for 3D medical imaging to revolutionize precision heartcare.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Typescript or JavaScript.
- Experience with modern web frameworks (Vue.js preferred).
- Excellent understanding of software development best practices: testing, CI/CD, agile methodologies.
- Experience with WebGL, three.js, or similar 3D graphics libraries.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (Amazon Web Services or equivalent) for web application deployment.
- Experience with Python, C++
- Experience building regulated products, such as Software as a Medical Device, in accordance with FDA regulations.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, document, validate, and maintain robust and scalable web applications for the review and manipulation of 3D medical images.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Participate with the rest of the team in release activities, as well as monitoring and supporting production.
- Participate in cross-functional conversations with Product team, Process Engineering team, and other stakeholders for product design and clinical validations.
- Occasional on-call duty and application deployment responsibilities
Other
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related is required; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience in web application development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A reasonable estimate of the base salary compensation range is $130,000 to $200,000 (for San Francisco Bay Area), cash bonus, and equity.
