Blue Origin is working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems, and this role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle
Requirements
- Experience with Material UI

Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with EDSA Technical Product Managers and Customers to develop requirements front-end user interface, while also providing input to backend database design
- Incrementally deliver functional UIs coordinated with team priorities
- Contribute to the overall UI strategy for the suite of EDSA tools
- Develop in an agile team including building consensus on designs and participating in code reviews
- Integrate with in-house and off-the-shelf systems using APIs, custom service layers, work queues, and monitoring solutions
- Think outside the box. Challenge why things are done a certain way and figure out ways to build solutions better
Other
- B.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of Enterprise-level development experience
- Ability to quickly absorb information in an unfamiliar domain and translate it into software
- A self-driven nature with the ability to seek out requirements and propose solutions with minimal direction
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
