Requirements
- Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, AngularJS, Vue.js).
- Strong understanding of TypeScript, CSS3, and HTML5.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex).
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins).
- Familiarity with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, amCharts).
- Experience with map-based applications using OpenLayers, Leaflet, or Google Maps.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of frontend applications, ensuring they meet user requirements and adhere to best practices.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, data scientists, and downstream solution teams to deliver cohesive and effective solutions.
- Contribute to the evolution of our development processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer science, information systems or related discipline with progressive software development experience as follows; six or more years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, or four or more years of experience with a master’s degree. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education
- 6+ years of professional experience in frontend software development.
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and willingness to undergo a CI polygraph.
- Experience with AWS-hosted environments, Docker containerization, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS).
