Verkada is looking for software engineering interns to join their Frontend Engineering team to build the latest iterations of Verkada's flagship software, enabling their best-in-class security systems.
Requirements
- Experience building reusable components, utilizing CSS pre-processors and building pixel perfect user interfaces
- Proficient understanding of JavaScript or TypeScript, including contexts, prototypes/classes and closures
- Experience working with a modern web framework such as Angular.js, React or Vue
- Eye for design, product details, and polish
Responsibilities
- Build best in class product experiences across our Command web platform (React) and mobile applications (React Native)
- Comfortable leading whole projects from design to implementation
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, and the engineering team to create features which delight users and customers
Other
- Ability to work at Verkada HQ during winter or summer 2026
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or similar technical field of study and graduating by June 2027
