Nora is an AI interviewer designed to revolutionize the hiring process. We're building technology that can interview 1000 candidates efficiently while also providing an AI mock interviewer to help students and professionals prepare for interviews with personalized feedback.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, and modern frontend development
- Solid understanding of CSS and responsive design principles
- Experience or strong interest in AI/ML technologies and LLM integrations
- Familiarity with backend development concepts and API design
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain features across our full stack (frontend, backend, and infrastructure)
- Build user-facing interfaces using React and modern frontend technologies
- Work with our backend systems and AI/LLM integrations to create seamless user experiences
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement new product features and AI capabilities

- Must be available to work in-person at our Palo Alto office
- Availability to work 20+ hours per week
- Must be willing to start ASAP
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
