Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a hands-on Frontend Web Development Manager to lead, build, and optimize the frontend layer of their global digital platform, HPE.com
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working in AEM-based enterprise websites.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
- Deep knowledge of site architecture and information architecture (IA) principles.
- Experience working with design systems and component-based design workflows.
- Understanding of API usage, structure, and integration into front-end platforms.
- Expertise in modern frontend development

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of HPE.com, ensuring high availability, fast performance, and continuous improvement.
- Manage a distributed team of developers and web specialists; coach, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
- Maintain and extend the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, collaborating closely with internal IT teams and external vendors.
- Ensure responsive, cross-browser, and accessible experiences across mobile and desktop.
- Own and evolve the site architecture and information architecture (IA) for scalability and user experience.
- Integrate design systems and reusable component frameworks to ensure consistency across experiences.
- Work with engineering to integrate APIs and backend services to support dynamic content and features.

- Bachelor’s degree in web design, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in web development and digital platforms.
