Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a hands-on Frontend Web Development Manager to lead, build, and optimize the frontend layer of their global digital platform, HPE.com

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience working in AEM-based enterprise websites.
  • Strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations of HPE.com, ensuring high availability, fast performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage a distributed team of developers and web specialists; coach, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
  • Maintain and extend the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, collaborating closely with internal IT teams and external vendors.
  • Ensure responsive, cross-browser, and accessible experiences across mobile and desktop.
  • Own and evolve the site architecture and information architecture (IA) for scalability and user experience.
  • Integrate design systems and reusable component frameworks to ensure consistency across experiences.
  • Work with engineering to integrate APIs and backend services to support dynamic content and features.

  • Bachelor’s degree in web design, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in web development and digital platforms.
  • Proven leadership skills with small technical or cross-functional teams.
