The Environmental Management Client's Liquid Waste Organization (LWO) is undergoing a significant transition, migrating its supply chain management system from Puridiom to Deltek CostPoint Supply Chain Services. This involves modifying existing and developing new integration and utility applications. Concurrently, the client is transitioning to a new General Contractor and absorbing work scopes, requiring the support, shutdown, and data transition of current applications.
Requirements
- Full Microsoft Stack Development including: C#, ASP.net MVC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL data manipulation, Secure coding techniques
- Development will be done using Microsoft Visual studio 2019 or newer in C# to run on Microsoft IIS or standalone with a Microsoft SQL backend
- Microsoft ASP.NET MVC shall be used as the framework
- Microsoft WEB API 2.0 shall be used to deliver web services (JSON) to JQuery AJAX calls
- Returning data shall be bound to Data tables (datatables.net) and/or mustache templates
- Experience in the following is required: Deltek Costpoint, Puridiom SCM, Receiving Manifest systems, Application database system, Deltek Costpoint General Ledger, Deltek Costpoint Supply Chain, Puridiom, JQuery, Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS)
- Demonstrated experience and success in all phases of the software development lifecycle including user stories, application development, test plan development, testing, production turnover and documentation
Responsibilities
- Provide Full Microsoft Stack Development Consultation and Services on behalf of the SRR Business Systems I.T. Department
- Develop and integrate applications utilizing the full Microsoft Development Stack and other platforms as necessary
- Enhance or rewrite numerous Web, utility, and helper applications to operate with the Supply Chain Services and other systems
- Support the prime contract transition, the absorption of the outgoing Management General Contractor work scope, and transition business applications and data
- Develop new applications and rewrite or modify current LWO applications successfully and in a timely manner
- Provide data migration and support for systems and applications in the LWO portfolio
- Provide application migration services pertaining to the transitions as needed

- All deliverables shall become the property of LWO.
- Verify that all computer media is virus-free upon delivery to LWO.
- Confirm that all individuals working on the project are US Citizens and located in the United States.
