Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in ML, NLP, or LLM-based systems (or 3+ years in software engineering with strong interest in AI)
- Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries like LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI, or vector databases
- Experience working with SQL and Databases
- Ability to rapidly understand messy real-world data and ship working solutions
- Experience working with unstructured documents (PDFs, insurance policies, etc.)
- Deep Expertise in one or more of Postgres, React, Python
Responsibilities
- Work directly with insurance brokers, MGAs, and carriers to deploy AI-powered solutions to their specific workflows
- Use large language models, embeddings, and structured data pipelines to build features like document review, entity extraction, and quote comparison
- Rapidly prototype and productionize features based on customer needs and feedback
- Collaborate with sales, success, and product teams to prioritize high-leverage initiatives
- Build reusable components that can scale across customers and use cases
- Work across the entire cutting edge tech stack of outmarket, from AI Agents to Cloud Services, to Database to React and more.
- Embed AI not only in every part of our software, but also in our infra, and our operations.
