Mutual of Omaha is looking to deploy and monitor AI solutions, ensuring AI models are scalable, secure, responsible, fair, and explainable, by building platforms, pipelines, and integrations that enable Data Scientists to bring models into production.
Requirements
- Familiarity with AWS services including Bedrock, Lambda, and infrastructure as code (CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation).
- Knowledge of full stack development (front-end, back-end, APIs) with ability to integrate AI/ML models into production systems.
- Experience with Python.
- Experience integrating generative AI models into applications (preferred).
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and cost optimization in cloud-native environments (preferred).
- Exposure to enterprise-scale deployments and system integrations (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Build production deployment pipelines for AI and generative AI models in AWS Bedrock and SageMaker. Create CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native automation to enable repeatable deployments.
- Develop full stack integrations (APIs, back-end, front-end) to bring AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists to translate prototypes and experimental workflows into robust, scalable solutions.
- Optimize workloads for performance, cost efficiency, and reliability in AWS.
- Partner across teams to ensure AI solutions meet security, compliance, and operational standards.
Other
- 3+ years of professional development experience including building and deploying applications, with at least one year of experience working with AI/ML professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to collaborate across engineering and data science teams.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States.
