Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract potential candidates
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational culture
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-fill
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote Fidelity TalentSource as an employer of choice
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a corporate or staffing agency setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Proactive approach and excellent organizational skills
