Platinum Technologies is looking for an experienced Full Stack Application Developer to provide software development and sustainment support to the customers Budget Tool, ensuring availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise-level applications.
Requirements
- Angular (front-end development)
- .NET and C (back-end development)
- SQL Server (database development and optimization)
- Windows Services (design and maintenance)
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain application features in support of the customer's budget tool.
- Implement responsive front-end interfaces using Angular.
- Develop back-end services and APIs using .NET and C.
- Design, maintain, and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures.
- Develop and maintain Windows Services for workflow automation and system integration.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
- Ensure applications adhere to DoD cybersecurity and secure coding standards.
Other
- Candidate must hold an active TS/SCI clearance.
- DoD 8140/8140 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP).
- Experience with USSOCOM or DoD financial systems.
- Familiarity with PowerApps/ O365 Environment a plus.
- Experience working within DISA STIGs, RMF, and DoD cybersecurity compliance frameworks.
