Requirements
- At least 5 years of engineering experience, demonstrating in-depth knowledge in at least one backend technology stack
- At least 3 years experience working with Ruby on Rails
- At least 1 year of experience working with React and Javascript
- Demonstrate desire to learn new technologies and ability to adjust to work on any part of the stack
Responsibilities
- Implement standards and best practices
- Support the development of a cohesive user experience across web and mobile platforms
- Navigate ambiguous requirements and environments to support delivery
- Identify risks and communicate to leadership, provides recommendations to mitigate identified risks
- Support the development and communication of milestones and delivers upon their area of expertise
- Participate in conversations and planning sessions with team members and stakeholders
- Partner with senior practitioners, and be receptive to mentorship
