Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience working with Python and Django (must-have).
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and scalable backend architectures.
- Familiar working with AI tooling (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Experience working with TypeScript and React is a nice to have, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Django to support our growing platform.
- Design and optimize APIs to ensure seamless integration with our frontend and external systems.
- Enhance database performance, optimize queries, and ensure scalability.
- Collaborate with product and frontend teams to deliver seamless, high-performance user experiences.
- Implement AI-driven features, leveraging modern tools to automate and improve the hiring process.
- Own projects from end to end, working autonomously while contributing to a fast-moving team.
