NV5 Geospatial is looking to develop visualization software to understand data through event and relationship modeling, independently, within ESRI ArcGIS environments.
Requirements
- Experience with the following technologies: Python, Grunt, Node, AngularJS, ArangoDB, SQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, RDBMS.
- Working knowledge of the following databases: Elastic, Dgraph, ArangoDB, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
- Proficient in Data Lakes platforms such as Databricks, Kubernetes, and cloud-based data engineering.
- Expertise in building scalable, secure web applications, implementing metadata-driven search and retrieval features, and integrating APIs for seamless data interoperability is required.
- Working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise systems.
- AWS Certified Data Analytics –Specialty
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize data integration pipelines, API services, and front-end interfaces for accessing and visualizing geospatial and structured data.
- Demonstrate proficiency in DataLakes platforms such as Databricks, Kubernetes, ESRI ArcGIS environments, and cloud-based data engineering.
- Expertise in building scalable, secure web applications, implementing metadata-driven search and retrieval features, and integrating APIs for seamless data interoperability is required.
- Solve and articulate complex problems through application design, product development, and use experiences.
- Develop and deploy full-stack applications that enable data visualization, dashboarding, and analytics within ESRI-based GIS platforms, Unity Catalog, and cloud-based databases.
- Implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless data retrieval and integration between Data Lake, ESRI ArcGIS, and external sources.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments in Kubernetes, and API authentication mechanisms to ensure secure access to research products.

- US citizenship, along with the ability to successfully pass a basic background check for access to US military bases, is required for employment.
- Successful candidate will be required to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
