Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer using NodeJS and Python
- 1+ years of experience with either Postman, or SoapUI or Swagger or TeamSite, or Splunk
- 1+ years of experience with cloud development and deployment principles using either AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with agentic AI platforms (WatsonX, AgentForce, or similar)
- Experience with chatbot conversational AI tools (i.e Google Dialogflow CX, LivePerson, Amazon Lex, Kore.ai)
- Knowledgeable in Python, SQL, Java, Tableau
- Experience delivering solutions through a SAFe delivery methodology
Responsibilities
- Building and enhancing a cutting-edge Conversational AI platform
- Empowering users to get answers to their health-related questions through the channel of their choice
- Working closely with the engineering team and part of a scrum team that will be building AI agents
- Participating in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
- Debugging and optimization of code
- Data analysis and query development

- Strong collaboration and communication skills within and across co-located teams
- Demonstrated experience building and presenting personal or academic technology projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with G.P.A greater than 3.5
- Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment
- Good business acumen skills and professional communication skills
