Abacus Global Management Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Developer to develop efficiencies and improvements in company analytics and processes, integrate Python back-end with a CRM and Excel Sheets via VBA, and work on various projects of varying scope and size.
Requirements
- Well-versed in programming languages: Python
- Database experience: SQL or MongoDB
- Data Analysis experience: Microsoft Excel
- Experience with source code management tools like GIT
Responsibilities
- Develop efficiencies and improvements in company analytics and processes
- Integrate Python back-end with a CRM and Excel Sheets via VBA
- Learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements
- Discuss and plan innovative solutions to identified areas of issues
- Work with a variety of different departments on projects varying in scope and size
- Run various financial reports and valuations both internally and externally
Other
- Project management experience is a must
- Applicants should be comfortable handling several projects at a time on a deadline
- willing to problem solve and to generate innovative solutions that increase efficiency
- highly motivated to quickly learn all facets of this new and rapidly growing industry to understand our complex, multi-channel distribution network
- Strong interpersonal skills when collaborating on projects
- Experience in the insurance/financial services industry is a plus, but not necessary
