Inizio Evoke is looking to build a next-generation platform that powers strategic, creative, and compliant enterprise workflows.
Requirements
- Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks, such as React, Svelte, Tailwind, etc.
- Expertise in building and consuming REST APIs and GraphQL services.
- Hands-on experience with AWS CDK, Lambda, Amplify, Fargate/EKS, Cognito, CloudFront, and related services.
- Proficiency with Postgres (schema design, performance tuning, migrations).
- Familiarity with security, compliance, and auditability practices in cloud-native systems.
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and ability to apply them in development.
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience in enterprise or SaaS environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive, accessible, and performant full-stack applications.
- Build intuitive and visually cohesive UI components in partnership with UX and creative design teams.
- Develop APIs and endpoints to support internal and client-facing applications.
- Integrate with AWS-native services and external APIs to orchestrate workflows, datasets, and AI-driven services.
- Use AWS CDK to define and manage infrastructure as code across environments.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment.
- Design data schemas and optimize query performance.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
- Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
