Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support mission-unique software development for U.S. government satellite operations, while also contributing to core product development.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python, GraphQL, Docker, and Terraform (or similar IaC tools).
- Familiarity with JavaScript and experience in full stack or frontend development.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, and frameworks like Next.js, Refine, Blitz.js, or RedwoodJS.
- Strong understanding of containerized applications and serverless architecture.
- Experience with Kubernetes and AWS services (Lambda, ECS, EKS, CloudWatch, S3, EFS/EBS, EC2, RDS).
- Strong knowledge of API design, distributed databases (NoSQL and relational), and multi-tier systems.
- CI/CD pipeline development with GitHub or GitLab.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full stack applications supporting satellite operations.
- Build APIs and integrate with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Fargate, EKS).
- Design and troubleshoot distributed systems, caching layers, and event-driven architectures.
- Work with React components in TypeScript using frameworks like Next.js and Refine.
- Optimize software for scalability, cost, and performance.
- Automate tasks and build CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
- Contribute to both backend and frontend development in a secure, mission-critical environment.
